The standards below provide a suggested level of absolute minimum physical preparedness. Visit the FAQs for further requirements needed to participate.

  • 1-Minute of Push Ups

Cognitive Standards

There will be a variety of rigorous mental challenges for which participants do not need technical knowledge of to pre-qualify, but will need to apply reason, logic and analytical abilities. See the FAQs page for more information on some of the area’s The Process tests.
